Stonefield Farm

The house

An 1830s clapboard farmhouse that has passed through three families and been altered by all of them, mostly for the better. Wide board floors, four working fireplaces, and a 2019 kitchen wing that reads as though it had always been there.

The land

Just under six acres, of which two are old apple orchard and the rest meadow running down to a stone wall and a seasonal brook. A two storey barn is currently used for storage and holds standing permission for conversion.

Two hours from Manhattan without traffic. Kent and Washington Depot are both within fifteen minutes.
