A viewing costs a buyer a day, and often a flight. Most of those days are wasted, because the house was never right and a photograph could not have told you that.

What we film

We walk the house on a phone, in real time, without music and without cutting. We film the approach from the road, the view from the windows that matter, the room that the brochure has cropped, and whatever is next door. Then we walk it again and talk over it.

Why it works

Photographs are an argument. A continuous walk is evidence. Buyers can see how the rooms connect, how far it really is from the gate to the door, and what the light is doing at four in the afternoon.

The result is that our buyers travel less and see better houses when they do. You travel for the shortlist, not the search.
